Copy Machine Jokes

Copy machines can be frustrating at times. (That’s why it’s important to find the one that’s RIGHT FOR YOU) As seen in the below video, they can legitimately drive a person mad.

Our philosophy is rather than cry, why not laugh instead? So, without further ado, here are a few copy machines jokes.

A new employee was working overtime. As he was leaving the office at
7 p.m., he found the Company President standing in front of a paper shredder with a document in his hand and a confused look on his face.

"Listen," said the President, "this is a very sensitive and vital document, and my secretary left at five. Can you make this thing work?"

"My please," said the new employee.

Excited at the opportunity to kiss up to his boss, the new employee turned the machine on, inserted the document, and pressed the start button.

"Fantastic!" said the President, as his paper disappeared inside the machine. "Now, I just need one copy…"

Not your cup of tea? How’s this one…

Several years ago we had a rather ditsy intern. One day the poor kid was
typing up a document and turned to a secretary and said, “I'm almost out of typing paper. What should I do?”
“Just use copier machine paper,” she told responded.

So the poor intern got up from his desk, took his last remaining blank piece of typing With that, the intern took his last piece of typing paper, put it in the copy machine, and proceeded to make a dozen blank copies.

Nothing? Well if you didn’t like that, you can always just go watch the video eight more times…

What to Look For in a Copy Machine

Thinking about copy machine leasing? Here are some of the basic things you’re going to want to look for while attempting to identify the perfect copy machine for you and your business. With a series of different features and functions available, and typically having an effect on pricing, it’s important you narrow down your choices and find exactly what it is you are looking for.

Copy Volume & Copy Speed

Make sure to figure out approximately how many copies you’ll make in a month. Also, the CPM of a machine (Copies-Per-Minute) refers to the amount of letter-sized copies the device can produce at full speed for a single minute. (REMINDER: This doesn’t include two-sided prints or unusually sized prints.)

Sorters & Staplers

While a sorter can assist with organization, it’s not a necessity unless you’re dealing with a series of multi-page documents. Additionally, the stapler provides the option to auto-staple documents together, but like the sorter, if you aren’t dealing with a plethora of multi-sheet documents, you may not even need it.

Duplexers

The device that allows you to copy on both sides of a piece of paper. If this is something your business papers require, get one. If not, don’t bother.

There are a bunch of other devices and features on your typical copy machines, such as feeders and paper supply trays. As long as your knowledgeable about what your company needs and what individual copy machines offer, you should be able to easily find the best copier for you.

Guide to Choosing Copiers NY

Need to buy or lease a new copy machine? When choosing copiers NY, you need to consider a range of factors, such as what kind of volume of copying you’ll be doing, what tasks you need your copier to perform, what kind of level of quality you require, and whether you need your copier to print and scan as well.

Features – Make a list of the features you require, such as duplexing, collating, stapling, and paper handling.

Volume – Consider how many copies you’ll need your copy machine to make each month. If you need to make only around 600 copies a month, avoid heavy-duty commercial copiers and invest in or lease a smaller copier available from retail stores. If you only need to produce around 50 copies a month, it may make economic sense to use an outside copying service instead, or a self-service copy machine in an office store.

Color – Color or black and white? Color copying offers many benefits to companies, but is obviously more expensive than black and white copying.

Digital – Digital copy machines are becoming a more cost-effective solution than traditional copiers. With digital copiers, a document is scanned and data is saved into memory. These multi-function devices produce higher-quality, crisper images, can be networked, and are able to scan, email, print and do other tasks simultaneously.
