Copy Philosophy

I was in the office yesterday standing over our copy machines – it’s a big office – and all of a sudden I heard all three copy machines making the most beautiful music. Yes, all three copy machines were copying in sync: one was providing a beat, one was serving as the strings in a symphony, and one was getting funky with its color. I realized that copy machines are like animals. They need to be taken care of, fed paper and ink, and checked on to make sure that they are in good health. They are born in factories, live in offices, and die, are moved to junk heaps or recycled to make new copy machines. Copy machines follow a veritable circle of life!

Where does copy machine leasing fit in to all this, I wondered. Well, copy machine leasing is a little bit different. I mean, I don’t know what happens to a copy machine when the lease is up. Do they take him back to the copy machine center and harvest its parts like organs? Or do they send him to another office, just a quick move from one to the next? Is there a copier heaven? Is there a copier hell? I don’t know. I guess I never will.

Own a Printing Company? Wish You Could Spend Less on Copy Machines?

Even if you own your own printing company, you might still be interested in leasing certain products like copy machines — the ones customers operate in the front of the store while you're in the back working on bindings and custom covers. In fact, copy machine leasing can be a great way to reduce your overhead while still allowing your business access to the latest supplies and top quality repair services.

For one thing, your leasing and rental options are practically endless. Whether you need copy machines for weeks or months or only a couple of hours, there's a package out there for you. This can be useful for installing a new semi-permanent fixture in your store, or simply adding a machine for a day-long event. Some businesses also enjoy renting or leasing machines to see if they want to buy them.

A good copy machine company will give you access to the same top bands available for purchase, including HP, Kyocera, Copystar, and XEROX copiers NY. You'll also be able to choose the exact features you want, including color printing, high speed scanning, faxing, and more.

What To Look For In A Copy Machine Leasing Company!

Copy machine leasing could just be what the doctor ordered! Copy machines in general, no matter what brand you choose from or what options you want, are often quite expensive. You're looking at around $10,000 on down to $2000! That is a lot of money my friend! So instead, you choose copy machine leasing. What does this mean at your end? Well, first off it means you get to "rent" the machines for however long you want and second off it means you get to save money. I know! I can see the dollar signs in your eyes already.

There are things you should be looking for when you look for copiers NY though. First off, variety. That's really important. Make sure they have all the best-name brands, the top copiers NY in the industry! Second off, you want to make sure that in the long run of leasing this machine that you aren't paying more than what it's really worth.

Just make sure you take a look at prices of the actual sell versus what they are asking you to lease it for. Lastly, you want to make sure the copiers NY offer IT services that include support services, hardware, software, networking, virus removal, etc. This way if anything ever happens to your copy machines you won't have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed, which simply adds on to your fees and monthly payments therefore making it more!

What Kind Of Paper Should I Use For My Copiers NY?

Chances are if you own copy machines that use plain paper or multipurpose paper, your decision on what kind of paper to use is going to be a lot easier! On the other hand, if you have a copy machine that accepts or allows a multitude of paper, you really need to be prepared for the different kinds of paper - there are a lot! If you are printing text documents to hand out to your employees and workers, it would be in your best interest to buy and use the most inexpensive paper as possible.

If you're copying color documents or artwork though, something that has to have a professional edge, you should be using a high quality printable paper or colored paper for the job. Most people suggest against UV paper unless you really HAVE to use it - or use it sparingly, this is one of the most expensive papers available and if you go through enough of it, it really could be eating away at your budget for office supplies! One way to up the price on the paper, but still not go over your budget might have absolutely nothing to do with the paper, but instead the actual machine.

If you really have to have high quality paper and you know it's going to be expensive, you could always try copy machine leasing or copiers NY. This is going to allow you to save money on the copier, and have more money to spend on all that ink and expensive paper!
